Why can't I delete an address that is marked as in use?

An address cannot be deleted while something still references it — for example when it is your organization's billing or shipping address, or when a saved payment method uses it as its cardholder address. This protects the integrity of invoices, tax calculation, and card verification. Assign a different address for that purpose (or remove the payment method) first, then delete it.
