Why does Convertain need my name when I am signing in with Google or Apple?

Not all sign-in providers share your full name with us. For example:
- **Apple** gives you the option to hide your real name and use a relay email address.
- Some **Google** accounts do not have a display name configured.
We need your name to personalise your account, address you in emails, and — where legally required — include it on invoices and contract documents. We only ask for it when your sign-in provider could not supply it.
