After verifying your identity, your session remains valid for a period of time. You won't need to verify again during this window, even for authorizing additional applications.

Specific applications may request a shorter validity window using the OIDC `max_age` parameter — in that case, you may be asked to verify again sooner if the application has strict security requirements.

You can see your session activity in your **Account Settings → Security → Login History**.
